Return Eligibility:
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery in the following cases:

1. Manufacturing defects

2. Product mismatch with ordered specifications

To initiate a return, please email us at membership@chelseaindia.com with the following details:

• Full name of member

• Registered mobile no.

• Registered Email ID

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Proof of defect: unboxing video and photos

 

Return Process:
Once you request a return, our team will validate the defect and contact you for further processing. Please ensure the product is in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories included.

Replacement Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will validate the sanity of the products and once the checks are complete, we will process the replacement.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated as the order may have already been processed and shipped. To cancel, please email us at membership@chelseaindia.com with the following details:

• Reason for cancellation

Exchange Policy:

As the membership products are customized and curated per member’s needs, we do not offer any exchange for the purchased items. We request that members to place the order according to the required sizes to avoid any inconvenience.
