CISC Delhi, the Delhi-NCR chapter of the Chelsea India Supporters Club, was established in 2012 to unite Chelsea fans in the capital. Fondly referred to as the "Shed End Delhi" by the local blues, the chapter's founding members drew inspiration from the energetic fan screenings and interactive meet-ups they experienced in Mumbai. They aimed to recreate that same sense of camaraderie in Delhi. With guidance and support from the founders of Chelsea India in Mumbai, they successfully founded CISC Delhi, providing a vibrant community for passionate Blues in the city. Over the years the chapter went through a plethora of lineup changes in the core team but the central philosophy of "One Nation, One Supporter's Club" envisaged by the Chelsea India founders, has been exhibited brilliantly by CISC Delhi. We've seen remarkable growth ever since, successfully organising screenings of Chelsea games, meet-ups and major fan events while collaborating with giants such as Star Sports, Adidas and Yokohama. CISC Delhi members have often travelled abroad to watch and support Chelsea FC 'over the land and sea' as they say. The chapter has also collaborated with budding start-ups such as WhatTheFootball, Limra, FanNacion and many others.

 

One of the key moments in the chapter's history was when Chelsea legend Didier Drogba arrived in Delhi at an event organised by the then-Chelsea sponsor Yokohama. For this event, CISC Delhi organized a special bus service dubbed the "Bus of Dreams" to make commuting to the venue easier for Chelsea fans travelling from all over the country and abroad to fulfil their dream of witnessing the Ivorian legend live and live in colour. CISC Delhi has also partnered with AIESEC to spread awareness about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and fully commits to them to help contribute to the betterment of society. The chapter was officially recognized as a 500 Supporter's Club in 2020-21 by Chelsea Football Club, a significant watershed moment in its long illustrious history. Currently in its 12th year, CISC Delhi is one of Chelsea India's oldest chapters and one of Chelsea FC's oldest official supporters club around the globe keeping the blue flag flying high under the banner of Chelsea India Supporters Club.
